Need a little help with your scrambled eggs? Are you completely lost in the kitchen? Let me help. It’s not that hard to make some really good scrambled eggs. There’s a couple of tricks that can take your scrambled eggs from gross to wonderful:
- Add a little water. About a tablespoon for every two eggs.
- Beat the crap out of them in the bowl before they get to the pan.
- Use a medium-hot pan.
- Use butter.
- Cook them in layers. Just the bottom. Move the cooked curd out of the way.
- Pull them before they’re completely done. They’ll keep cooking on the plate.
- Salt & Pepper
